You'll have to eat a few breathes because of the long cooldown, but no big deal just bandage after a breath if you need to. RoS will reduce the damage you take from the breath, while deterrence completely deflects it. And it hurts! What you have to do is rotate between Roar of Sacrifice from your pet and deterrence. The only danger besides aggro that you'll face is Chilling Breath being casted on you every once in awhile. I'm using a beetle pet for its 50% damage reduction, so a turtle or another pet also work.
